株式会社ビジネスパラダイムは、個人情報保護の重要性に鑑み、また、業務に従事するすべての者が、その責任を認識し、個人情報の保護に関する法律(職安法第51条および個人情報保護法)に即し個人情報保護法その他の関連法令・ガイドラインを遵守して、個人情報を適正に取り扱うとともに、安全管理について適切な措置を講じます。

株式会社ビジネスパラダイムは、個人情報の取扱いが適正に行われるように従業者への教育・指導を徹底し、適正な取扱いが行われるよう取り組んでまいります。また、個人情報の取扱いに関する苦情・相談に迅速に対応し、当社の個人情報の取扱い及び安全管理に関わる適切な措置については、適宜見直し改善いたします。

(1)個人情報の取得
株式会社ビジネスパラダイムは、十分な安全管理措置を講じたうえで、業務上必要な範囲で、かつ、適法で公正な手段により個人情報を取得します。

(2)個人情報の利用目的
株式会社ビジネスパラダイムは、ご登録者の経歴、職歴を正しく把握し、適切なアドバイスや求人企業をご紹介するために必要な情報をご登録者よりお預かりいたします。取得した個人情報を、当社の営む「留学支援」「キャリア開発支援」「人材紹介業~求人者への紹介業務、転職支援(海外・国内研修)、及び転職に伴うサービスの提供等に利用します。

上記の利用目的の変更は、相当の関連性を有すると合理的に認められる範囲においてのみ行い、変更する場合には、その内容をご本人に対し、原則として書面等により通知し、またはホームページ(URL)等により公表します。

(3)個人データの安全管理措置
株式会社ビジネスパラダイムは、取り扱う個人データの漏えい、滅失またはき損の防止その他の個人データの安全管理のため、安全管理に関する取扱規程等の整備および実施体制の整備等、十分なセキュリティ対策を講じるとともに、正確性・最新性を確保するために、必要かつ適切な措置を講じ、万が一、問題等が発生した場合は、速やかに適当な是正対策をします。

(4)個人データの第三者への提供
株式会社ビジネスパラダイムは、日本本社とイギリス子会社(Business-Paradigm, Ltd.)で共同運営するサポートサービスにおいては、Business-Paradigm, Ltd.とのみデータを共有する場合がございますが、その他法令または裁判所その他の政府機関より適法に開示を要求された場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく求人会社を含め第三者に個人データを提供することはありません。ご登録された個人情報の変更、削除を希望される場合は、privacyofficer@business-paradigm.comまでご連絡ください。

We may be required to pass on information to third parties as part of the MBA (or equivalent) application and recruitment process. By submitting your personal information via our website, you are explicitly authorising us to disclose information provided by you to outside third parties. We will use our best endeavours to ensure that the information you submit to us remains private and only used for the purposes outlined herein.

We may also be required to pass on personal information in the form of aggregate, but not individual, statistics to other bodies to display estimated numbers of users etc. This information assists us in developing the most valuable service for our users.

Legal basis for processing personal information (If You Are Resident in the EEA)

If you are resident in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described above will depend on the personal information concerned and the specific context in which we collect it.

The Company has collected your personal data (which may include sensitive personal data) and will process your personal data for the purposes of providing relevant services such as: to assist you to find a school or/and job; to provide study abroad support, career support or/and business support services.
This includes for example, contacting you about opportunities, assessing your suitability for those opportunities, updating our databases, putting you forward for opportunities and developing and managing our services and relationship with you and our clients.

In some cases we may be required to use your data for the purpose of investigating, reporting, legal process, litigation and detecting crime and also to comply with laws that apply to us. We may also use your information during the course of internal audits to demonstrate our compliance with certain industry standards.

The legal bases we rely upon to offer these services to you are:

– Offline such as name card, attendant list of the event which we organised

– CV book provided by Business School
– From individual

– Contact List of researcher, professionals on your current school/ professional organizations

Information we collect automatically
– When you visit our website, some data may be automatically collected such as:
IP address, device type, unique device identification numbers, browser-type, broad geographic location (e.g., country or city-level location) and other information. We may use this information for traffic analysis to improve our services

2. Overseas Transfers
The Company may transfer only the information you provide to us to countries outside the European Economic Area, such as Japan and other countries after following a proper procedure, for the purposes of providing you with the services above. We will take steps to ensure adequate protections are in place to ensure the security of your information. The EEA comprises the EU member states plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.

3. Data retention

The Company will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose we collect it. Different laws may also require us to keep different data for different periods of time.

The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, require us to keep work-seeker records for at least one year from (a) the date of their creation or (b) after the date on which we last provide you with work-finding services.
